Description

Every Easter, my family gathers around the table, and these vibrant deviled eggs always steal the show! The kids love picking their favorite colors, and the adults love the creamy, tangy filling. These are perfect for Easter brunch, baby showers, or just adding a fun twist to a classic favorite. Try them out and bring a little extra joy to your table!


Instructions

1️⃣ Boil the Eggs:

  • Place eggs in a large pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil.
  • Turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
  • Drain and rinse under cold water, then peel the shells.

2️⃣ Color the Eggs:

  • Fill cups with water, add food coloring, and mix in vinegar.
  • Gently place peeled eggs in the colored water and soak for 10+ minutes.
  • Remove, pat dry, and set aside.

3️⃣ Prepare the Filling:

  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks, and place in a bowl.
  • Mix yolks with mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, and minced pickles.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4️⃣ Assemble:

  • Spoon the filling into a zip-top bag, snip the tip, and pipe into the colored eggs.
